Shksvnùq Se has a yearly average temperature of 22°C (71°F), with its average temperature during the summer being a pleasant 25°C (77°F) and its average temperature during the winter being a cool 19°C (66°F). Shksvnùq Se receives an average of 288 cm/y (113 in/y) of precipitation, most of which comes in the form of rain during the summer. Shksvnùq Se covers an area of nearly 5 km2 (2 mi2), and an average elevation of 2116 m (6942 ft) above sea level.
Overview
Shksvnùq Se was founded durring the early 16th century in spring of the year 1516, by Zëmë Powellen. The establishment of the new community went well, with no major obsticles durring construction.
Shksvnùq Se was built using the conventions of Tauric durring the early 16th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Shksvnùq Se is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature waddle and daub construction with good timber frames and a stone foundation protected by thatched or shingled rooves. Most buildings with second floors are built in such a way as to overhang into the streets on the upper floors for more space, as building size seems to be the primary indicator of wealth within the community. Most buildings are not decorated with any integral features, but instead use ivy, flowers, and other natural elements in planters of on trellices to breathe life into the structure they grow upon.
Shksvnùq Se is is constructed arround a series of narrow cobblestone mainstreets which form concentric circles, with smaller strait roads linking the circiles to each other at varrious points. The town rests behind the absurdity that is a thick, timber braced, wall made of clay bricks. While visualy impressive and certainly an astetic, Shksvnùq Se's wall provides no actual defence against siege equipment due to the choice of its cosntruction materials. Even nonexperts can tell the town is trying to impress rather than defend with its walls, towers, and gatehouses. Though admittedly, they do look nice... To primitive tribals who have never seen fortifications before. The town's political statment focused walls are visibly old, but also obviously maintained semi-regularly. Its likly the local malishia or garrison are tasked with ocasional mantance of the towns defences.
Something in your gut tells you that you may be unwelcome in Shksvnùq Se. The town seems like it’s not showing you the side of itself it would show to others. People mostly ignore your questions. Many folks ask you to leave their establishments, even before you’ve walked inside them. You should probably listen to them, as every time you’re asked to leave the person asking you to leave has referenced the town’s patron divine in some way. The little voice in the back of your mind that tells you when you’re in danger feels like it’s just glaring at you and muttering about how stupid you are for even remaining in town.

Cultural Notes
Shksvnùq Se's mayor's house was built using a different architectural style from the rest of the town. The style used is best known for its striking sculptural forms and often dazzling ornamental detail that characterizes the buildings general shape. The radiant colors, rich patterns, and symmetrical silhouettes employed by this style were backed up by rich decorative features including gardens, courtyards, extruded arches, domes, pointed domes, vaulted ceilings, elaborate painted and inlaid designs, and decorative sculptures.

Shksvnùq Se's roads were poorly made when first laid. Rather than repairing them correctly, a series of new roads was laid atop the old, leading to the streets of modern Shksvnùq Se suffering from potholes, cracking, and even sinkholes. The locals often repair the road by putting down wooden decking.

History
In time immemorial, reportedly some time during the late 2nd century, Shksvnùq Se was attacked by a renegade group of the army. The details of the conflict are hazy at best due to many conflicting accounts. What is known is Shksvnùq Se lost 275 people, 328 livestock, and 79 buildings. The conflict ended after roughly 140, when members of Shksvnùq Se's militia enacted an operation to delay the operations of the enemy. The operation was complicated by a significant percentage of the militia choose to go abandon the operation and return home. The conflict ended with pitched battle between both forces, which ended in victory for Shksvnùq Se's forces. The war is remembered in legend by Shksvnùq Se's bards, historians, and legend keepers.
